Return Policy

To protect your legitimate rights and interests and ensure a worry-free shopping experience, YOOYOTOYS has formulated the following return policy, which applies to all products purchased through this independent website:

1. Return Period

You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with it or if it has quality issues. Return requests exceeding 30 days will not be accepted, thank you for your understanding.

2. Return Conditions

1. The product must be in a brand-new, unused state with no scratches, damage, and complete accessories and packaging (such as boxes, manuals) to not affect secondary sales;

2. For returns due to product quality issues (such as functional failures, material defects, etc.), please provide clear photos/videos of the problem. The return can be processed after verification by customer service;

3. For returns due to personal preferences or size mismatches (not the product's own problem), you need to bear the shipping cost of returning the product;

4. Customized products and products that have been unpacked, used, and affect secondary sales are not eligible for returns temporarily.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to service.yooyotoys@outlook.com or submit an application through the "Contact Us" page on the website, stating the order number, reason for return, and attaching relevant photos/videos of the product;

2. Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review your application within 1-3 working days. After approval, the return address and precautions will be sent to you;

3. Return the Product: Please send the product to the designated address within 7 days of receiving the return notice. It is recommended to keep the courier tracking number for inquiry when returning;

4. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it is qualified, we will process the refund for you within 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original channel. The arrival time is subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform and the bank.

4. Notes

1. If the returned product does not meet the return conditions (such as damaged packaging, obvious signs of use, etc.), we will refuse the refund and send the product back to you, and you need to bear the resulting shipping costs;

2. The refund amount only includes the actual payment amount of the product, excluding the shipping cost generated by the order (except for quality issues);
